With our excellent R&D ability,Our company is professtional in researching and designing Zinc alloy, Aluminium alloy & plastic moulds; We are always the manufacturer which specializes in various kinds of high-precision Zinc and Aluminium alloy parts, from die-castings, deburring, processing, machining and finishing. We have the equipments from tool manufacturing, part die-casting, machining, electroplating , painting and powder coating.

Products with office furniture fitting primarily, involving electric appliance, auto, lighting, medical, communication, aerospace and electronic industries.  Customers comes form both at home and abroad, such as China inland, Hong Kong, Macao, Vietnam, America, Europe, Japan and southeast Asia, etc.

Our company has accumulated rich experience in die-cast manufacturing. We can produce the parts , weight of which is from 1 to 6000 g. Precision can reach 0.005MM.
 

We have the advance moulds and parts design softwares, such as Pro-E,Solidworks,UG,and CAD. Tool manufacturing facilities: milling machine、punch、EDM（Electrical Discharge Machining）、wire-cutting machine、CNC ect.

We have below die-casting machines: three Zinc Alloy die-casting machines(168T/one,88T/two); five Aluminum Alloy machines(800T/one,400T/one,280T/two,160T/one). So we can shorten the mould making and the product production processing lead time, also guarantee the quality of the products

Our company has passed ISO9001:2008certification. We have a senior project technical team which is from mould development design to die casting process control. Product materials and surface treatment comply with European ROSE standards and environmental WEEE requirements
