With a history of almost 30 years in professional R&D and manufacture, and the projects of over 300 sets metal rolling production lines both in R&D and manufacture, our sufficient experiences make us highly competent in design and manufacture of rolling equipments. Custom design enables us to stand in a leading position in the industry. According to the product outline supplied by the user, we may supply our clients with equipment configuration, design, manufacture, install, debugging and other technical services.

1 Design services: We may supply rolling scheme design, product outline design and full production line design.

2. Rolling machinery. We may manufacture with fine workmanship 4, 6, 8, 12 rolls high stiff cold rolling mill trains for strip steel, for nonferrous metals, plain carbon steel & stainless steel with the width between 280 to 1550mm and the thickness above 0.05mm. We may also supply hot rolling mills of 2 to 16 rollers for all sizes wire, section, plate and strip steel by continuous or semi-continuous rolling, high stiff mills, continuous casting & continuous rolling mills for copper, aluminum and zinc, and the auxiliary machinery such as roll table, cold bed, straightening and recoiling machine.

3. Technical services:

We may dispatch technicians to the site for technical services until the end-user produce the first lot qualified product. We may also supply long-term technical services to the user, mainly including adjustment of the rolling mills, development of new product, maintenance of the equipments, supply of the spare parts & accessories.
