ARF-420Q
ARF-420 series has been greatly improved in its filtering capacity when comparing with existing Supamic Glass Wool/Stainless Core Filter, and now makes it possible to maintain oil clearness level (NAS 1638) as 7 to 10 for a considerable period of time. The core, which is made of Nylon-6, is heat resistant and strong enough not to be easily disposed, and the weight of each filter unit is much lighter than the old one, which is only 60% of it. ARF-420 series also can be stocked in a long period of time without any denaturation, and each filter has a hexagonal projection on the bottom which makes the filter be easily assembled or disassembled using proper tools.

Especially ARF-420Q has a brand-new one-touch connection cap, which reduces the time for the filter to be assembled or disassembled to three times by simplifying the procedure. The user just rotates Non-slip handle into 90 degrees, which is located on the bottom of the element, with leaving Connection Cap fixed under a mounting plate. This can decrease the system stop interval into minimum, and consequently saves the cost and also makes a factory cleaner. Since Lock-washer and O-ring fix Lock-nut and the element tightly, the filter has no problem though it is exposed under the compressed air in Backwashing process or certain external impact which could have be given when it is assembled.

ARF420G
ARF-420G consists of glasswool element and stainless core. Glasswool filter element is widely used as filter solution for many years, and its filtering capacity and durability is also recognized. However this type of filter element requires rather high disposal cost and cause environmental contamination because used glasswool element cannot be incinerated but buried under the ground.
