Aluminium profile aging ovens are used to affect aluminium profile mechanical characteristics through the thermal processes.

hardness and resistance characterristics of aluminium profiles. One of the critical 

elements in thermal treatment is the aging furnace.

2.Feature:                                                                         
    2.1 2 inlet of the circulation fan, double flow design. Homogeneity of the temperatures 

    in the aging chamber.
    2.2 Sweden Burner with two ranges, that allows accurately to control the temperature.
    Minimise the heat looses, avoid to the heat loose from the exterior surface of the furnace 

   with increasing the thickness of the refractory materials.
   2.3  PLC control with temperature recorder, 2~6 points themo-couple connected to computer with history track record during all the processing.
